GARRISON VAULT LOCK

The Garrison Vault Lock is our most popular lock for personal use, combining the security of the Vault locking system with the convenience of independent everyday door operation. Using the exterior key cylinder or interior thumb turn, the deadbolt can be thrown or retracted, while a separate knob or lever set allows the door to operate without engaging the safety rods. To engage the Vault locking system, a quarter turn of the deadbolt knob extends the deadbolt and eight 1/2-inch-diameter, 4.5-inch-long steel locking bolts one inch into the door frame. A quarter turn in the opposite direction retracts the deadbolt and locking bolts. Because the door handle operates independently of the Vault locking system, the door can also be locked without engaging the deadbolt and locking bolts. The Garrison Vault Lock is recommended for safe rooms, office closets, bedrooms and residential closets.
