Garrison Mortise ADA security door lock

Mortise/ADA Lock

How It Works  –  This lock is designed for residential and commercial use where ADA compliance is required. The Mortise/ADA Lock is operated by a thumb turn, key, or interior lever. The deadbolt knob engages at 30 degrees for easy, reliable locking.

Used For  –  Homes, safe rooms, panic rooms, accessibility applications, classrooms, commercial spaces, and institutions.

How It Works  –  The Vault Lock uses a cylinder and key on the exterior and a thumb turn on the interior to engage or retract the deadbolt and locking bolts. A separate knob or lever allows the door to function normally when the security locking system is not engaged.

Used For  –  Safe rooms, panic rooms, bedrooms, residential closets, office closets, and other secure spaces within the home.
